PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Join us for an engaging Career Coaching Roundtable featuring local leaders who use different coaching approaches to help employees learn, grow, and reach their goals. Hear practical examples, lessons learned, and coaching strategies that participants can apply immediately in their own organizations.
Through a facilitated discussion, our panelists will share how they use strengths-based coaching, behavioral assessments, and career development conversations to support employee growth, engagement, and retention. Participants will gain new ideas, ask questions, and learn from real-world experiences across a variety of workplaces.
